Cancellation Policy

Otter Zero offers a free tier so you can explore the platform before committing to a paid plan. If you choose to subscribe and later decide to cancel, here is how it works.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan has no time limit and requires no credit card. You can use it indefinitely with the features available at that tier.
2. Cancelling a Paid Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing.
- Cancellation means your subscription will not auto-renew at the next billing cycle.
- Your paid plan remains fully active until the end of the current billing period. No features are removed immediately upon cancellation.
- Once the current period expires, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at billing@otterzero.ai. We will review the case and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction promptly.
4. Service Outages
If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, affected users may be eligible for a service credit. Please contact us within 14 days of the outage.
